When will the first session be and what time? What is the duration of the program? Who is eligible and likely to attend? What if I have no people reporting to me? What do I need to provide? What happens once I have registered? What is the next step? When will the first session be and what time? All sessions will be a Tuesday or Wednesday and will commence in August. Each session will start at 1.30pm and run through to 5.30pm  allowing time at the end for questions and discussion. This will allow participants to attend to business in the morning and arrive thinking clearly and ready to go. [top] What is the duration of the program? The program will run once monthly between August and November. Each session will run for half a day. [top] Who is eligible and likely to attend? Business owners, managers [from small business right through to corporations], supervisors, team leaders etc. Anyone who is open to learning the skills of being a leader and a coach. Also those who are leaders and want to sharpen their skills in leading in the 21st century. [top] What if I have no people reporting to me? Leaders are everywhere – and leadership is a way of being! This is not about those who want a title. This program is all about those who want the edge in every area of their life. These are people who are prepared to go the distance and will commit to a higher level of performance. [top] What do I need to provide? We will provide a venue [venue to be confirmed but will likely be around the Richmond / Hawthorn area], a workbook for each session and also tea and coffee. You will provide a great attitude, an open mind, and a solution focused outlook. At the end of each session there will be an action plan so you can practice! Be prepared to be challenged! [top] What happens once I have registered? When we have received your registration we will confirm your attendance by mail. We will provide the commencement date, venue and will get you to your course pre-work. We will keep you regularly in touch and look forward your attendance and active participation.
