Business Assessment - Business Transformations offer a 360o initial assessment of your business to assess systemisation, productivity, viability to sell or to implement a succession plan.
The process would consist of the following:
- 2 hour analysis meeting to assess current structure as well as strengths and weaknesses
- Review of accounts and balance sheet to determine profit drivers and areas of improvement
- Skill set analysis
- Review your purpose, vision, misson and values
- Overview alternative strategies
We will provide a written report outlining current issues as well as opportunities and a simple action plan for you to implement

DISC Profiling – As Business Transformations are a DISC accredited provider we can perform individual and team profiling. This is assess that the appropriate skills of you and your team to match their skills with the functions that they perform in your business.
